Welcome to RoseWell Studio, a boutique residential design firm located in the heart of East Nashville, Tennessee. Our focus is on creating beautiful, functional spaces that enhance the lives of our clients.
Our Story
Jacob Bushey, our founder and lead designer, has had a passion for architecture since he was young. As a Capstone Senior Project in high school, he even built a tiny house. After completing his degree in Visual Communication from Berry College in 2019, he worked at a small architectural firm in LA before moving to Nashville. In Nashville, he has worked with various firms specializing in both Historic Renovation and large-scale luxury new builds.

At RoseWell Studio, we specialize in Custom New home Design, Renovations & Additions, Historic Preservation, and DADUs (Detached Accessory Dwelling Units). We believe that every space has the potential to be transformed into something truly special, and we work closely with our clients to bring their visions to life.

From there, we apply our expertise to create custom designs that meet both aesthetic and functional criteria.
